Q: When should I choose clear adhesive over black?
Clear adhesive is the better choice when working with colored, ombre, or very light natural lashes where a black bond at the base would show. It delivers the same strength and retention as a black adhesive without the visible dark line.
Q: Is clear adhesive as strong as black adhesive?
Yes. Beauty Power Star uses the same formula as Expert - the only difference is the finish color. Strength, dry time, retention, and viscosity are identical.
Q: What humidity and temperature does Star require?
40-70% humidity and 65-75°F room temperature for best performance. Keep a hygrometer in your workspace and adjust as needed.
Q: How should I store the adhesive between sessions?
Store upright in a cool, dry place with the cap sealed tightly. Do not refrigerate. Once opened, use within 8 weeks. Unopened bottles last up to 8 months.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.

Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
