Q: Am I ready for Insider adhesive?
Insider is recommended for artists with 2+ years of professional experience or 1,000+ sets completed. At 0.3 seconds, the bond forms before you can adjust placement, so confident speed is essential. If you are still building consistency, Expert (0.5-1 second) gives you more working time.
Q: What is the difference between Insider and Expert?
The dry time is the key difference. Insider dries in 0.3 seconds - twice as fast as Expert. Both have the same strength, retention, viscosity, and formula. Insider is for artists who work fast. Expert works for all levels.
Q: What environment does Insider need?
40-70% humidity and 65-75°F room temperature. At ultra-fast dry times, humidity control becomes even more important - too high and the adhesive blooms; too low and bonding weakens.
Q: How should I store it?
Upright, sealed, in a cool dry place. 8 weeks after opening, 8 months unopened. Never refrigerate.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
