30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This applies to all products, including tweezers, nail tools, lash tools and skincare, whether opened or unopened.
Free Returns
Returns are free for orders shipped within the United States. Email us and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@beautypower.pro with your order number.
- We will reply with your prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item (with its case or packaging, if you still have it) and ship it within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post it to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. Our tweezers are also covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Products bought on Amazon, Walmart or other marketplaces follow that marketplace's return policy. Please start the return from your order page on the marketplace where you purchased.
