Q: How often should clients clean their lash extensions?
Daily cleansing is strongly recommended. Makeup, skin oils, and environmental debris accumulate at the lash base and break down adhesive over time. Clean lashes hold extensions longer and reduce the risk of eye irritation and blepharitis.
Q: Will this shampoo weaken the lash bond?
No. The formula is specifically developed for use with lash extensions. It cleans the lash line without dissolving cyanoacrylate adhesive. Avoid oil-based cleansers which do break down extension bonds.
Q: Can I use this during the first 24 hours after a lash appointment?
No. Wait until the adhesive has fully cured before wetting the lashes - typically 24 hours, or sooner if a lash bonder was used at the end of the appointment. After that, daily cleansing is safe and recommended.
Q: Is this suitable for sensitive eyes?
The formula is gentle and designed for eye-area use on extension clients. If a client has known sensitivities, recommend a patch test before first use.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
